The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize winners are considered a potential prize winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Notification / Verification: The potential prize winners will be notified by the Sponsor via email within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date in which the drawing takes place (“Email Notification”). Upon receipt of the Email Notification, the potential prize winners will be required to click the “Claim My Prize” link found within the Email Notification which will lead him/her to the Website. Upon clicking the “Claim My Prize” button found on the Website, potential prize winner will automatically be redirected to his/her Wallet. If the potential prize winner is not logged in, he/she will see a message that a login link was sent to his/her email. The Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the selection of the prize winners shall be based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. PRIZES: One (1) prize of $500 outsideonline.com credit will be awarded to each prize winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $500. Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. The ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $5,000. Each prize winner will receive a unique promotional code (“Promo Code”) that must be used at outsdieoneline.com to redeem the prize prior to December 31, 2022. Entire value of Promo Code must be used within the same purchase. If Promo Code is not redeemed prior to December 31, 2022, it will no longer be valid, and will not longer be eligible for redemption. If prize winner spends less than $500 within the purchase for which the Promo Code is applied, the difference/remaining balance will be forfeited. Limit of one (1) prize per person. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize winning notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. No transfer or substitution of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes if applicable. Except as otherwise set forth herein, unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of the prize or force majeure, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, video and other information and content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes in all media worldwide including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without notice, review, or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. GENERAL: Any attempted form of participation in this Sweepstakes other than as described herein is void.
